Nourish Theory is born out of a need for personal and environmental wellbeing. 

Everyday products we come in contact with, are essential for our wellbeing, but usually produced unsustainably or with ingredients that can cause harm over the long term. 

But more often that not, these products contain toxins, nasty chemicals and environmentally un-sustainable products. The worst part is, these are cheaply available (due to mass manufacturing, use of cheap chemicals and deep reach into outlets by rich companies), approved by authorities (the guidelines for amount of unhealthy ingredients and toxins deemed 'safe for use' by authorities changes every now and then) and conveniently greenwashed (the amount of unhealthy ingredients and nasty chemicals used with a Leaf logo, Green color and eco-friendly monickers is mind boggling). 

Founders- Shal and Ann, senior professionals in the corporate world in Singapore, understood this need since long, and embarked on a journey to realise their dream of launching a platform that can address all of these issues through a single platform. And thus was born Nourish Theory- a platform for sustainable wellbeing with a focus on eco-consciousness.

Nourish Theory is about natural wellbeing for People, Pets, Plants and the Planet. We are a curated eco-conscious marketplace offering complete solutions for wellbeing at home, at work and outdoors. 

The Founders believe that everything in the Universe is connected. To live a life full of happiness, health and prosperity, we need to remove toxicity from mind, body and our surroundings, including other beings. This also applies to clean, no-toxins workplaces, offices, shops restaurants, hotels, malls- every place where we spend personal and community time.  

Other than for our own immediate wellbeing, we know that Climate change is a real issue affecting lives. The right treatment of humans and other beings is important to tackle in the manufacturing process, and efficiencies in sustainable logistics need to be addressed. While it is difficult for one company to achieve all this single-handedly, at Nourish Theory- we have developed specific methodology for evaluating sustainability of products and only promote products that meet our sustainability criterion. 

For consumers, other than the clear benefit of getting clean products, their purchase also helps towards causes like offsetting carbon emissions and towards tree plantations.
